VIP BNB, LLC Terms & Conditions, Rental Agreement, and Liability Waiver

1. Rental Terms

All equipment and amenities provided by VIP BNB ("Company") remain the property of the Company. The renter ("Guest") agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose, in a safe and lawful manner, and to return it in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.

2. Safety Rules

• Guest is responsible for the safe operation of all equipment.
• E-bikes and cruisers must be ridden in accordance with all local traffic laws. Helmets are strongly recommended for all riders.
• Stand-up paddleboards and water equipment must be used with appropriate flotation devices and within the rider's ability level.
• Fire pits are propane-powered only. Wood, charcoal, or any other solid fuel is strictly prohibited. Never leave a lit fire pit unattended.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using equipment.

3. Assumption of Risk

Guest acknowledges that use of recreational equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risk of injury, property damage, or death. Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks for themselves and any guests in their party.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges VIP BNB, its owners, employees, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to the use of the rented equipment or services, including those caused by negligence.

5. Damage & Loss

Guest is financially responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment during the rental period. Replacement and repair costs will be charged to the payment method on file.

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the full rental amount.

7. Indemnification

Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VIP BNB from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Guest's use of the equipment or breach of this agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
