This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our website, communicate with us, request services, place an order, rent equipment, arrange delivery, or otherwise interact with VIP BNB.
By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use our website or services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through our website, from hosts or property owners, from service providers, and from other lawful sources. The types of information we may collect include:
- Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address, short-term rental property address, reservation-related details, and other information you provide when contacting us or placing an order.
- Order and transaction information, such as products or services ordered, rental equipment selected, delivery and pickup instructions, payment status, security deposit information, order history, and related customer service records.
- Payment information processed through third-party payment processors. VIP BNB may receive limited payment-related information, such as transaction confirmation, payment status, last four digits of a payment card, billing details, or fraud-prevention information. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our own systems unless expressly stated and handled through a secure payment provider.
- Identity verification information, when identity verification is required to complete an order or arrange delivery of rental equipment. This may include a government-issued identification document (such as a driver's license, passport, or identification card) and a photograph or "selfie" used to confirm that the person presenting the document is its rightful holder. This verification is performed by our third-party identity verification provider, Stripe, Inc. The identification document and facial image are collected and stored directly by Stripe. VIP BNB does not receive or store your identification document or facial image; we receive only the verification result (such as verified or not verified) and limited related information.
- Rental, delivery, and service information, including property access instructions, delivery windows, photos of delivered items, condition documentation, damage reports, lost-item reports, and communications with guests, hosts, property managers, or service providers.
- Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring website, date and time of visit, approximate location derived from IP address, and website usage data.
- Communications, including emails, texts, calls, forms, notes, requests, complaints, and related contact information.
- Information from hosts, property owners, property managers, or partners needed to coordinate available amenities, delivery, setup, pickup, access, and guest service.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information unless necessary to provide services, comply with law, process payments, prevent fraud, or protect safety. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through our website or communications.

5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
VIP BNB does not sell personal information in exchange for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age. If our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required rights, notices, or opt-out mechanisms.
Some analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws. 6. Text Messages, Emails, and Service Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize VIP BNB to contact you regarding orders, services, deliveries, pickups, payments, security deposits, damage claims, customer support, policy updates, and related service matters. We may also send promotional communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting info@vip-bnb.com. 7. Security Deposits, Damage Claims, and Documentation
When rental equipment, amenities, or services involve a security deposit, damage review, loss claim, replacement claim, or dispute, we may collect and retain information related to the order, guest, host, property, item condition, delivery, pickup, photographs, communications, invoices, replacement costs, and payment history. This information may be used to determine responsibility, document damage or loss, process charges, support claims, respond to disputes, communicate with hosts or guests, and enforce applicable rental terms, waivers, host agreements, or service agreements.
8. Identity Verification and Biometric Information
When identity verification is required, we use Stripe, Inc. as our identity verification provider to confirm that a guest's government-issued identification is valid and belongs to the person presenting it. As part of this process, Stripe may collect a facial image and generate biometric data derived from that image and the identification document in order to perform a facial-similarity comparison.
This biometric information is collected and processed by Stripe solely for the purpose of verifying identity. VIP BNB does not receive, access, or store the underlying identification document, facial image, or biometric data; we receive only the outcome of the verification. We do not use identity verification information or biometric information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to identity verification, and we do not sell or share it.
Identity verification information is retained in accordance with Section 9 (Data Retention) and the retention practices of Stripe. You may contact us at info@vip-bnb.com with questions about identity verification or to request information about how this data is handled.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, complete transactions, manage customer and host relationships, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and protect our legal rights. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the service, legal requirements, insurance requirements, accounting needs, dispute risk, and operational needs.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no website, payment system, transmission method, or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information. You are responsible for using secure networks, protecting your own devices, and avoiding unauthorized access to your communications or accounts.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request. Verification may require confirming information we already maintain, requesting additional identifying information, or obtaining written authorization if a request is submitted through an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Where biometric information is collected as part of identity verification, California residents may have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; because VIP BNB uses such information only for identity verification and does not use it for other purposes, no additional uses are made from which to opt out.
